It’s very new so everything is in great condition. The main Japanese bath was a delight to enjoy each evening

A good hotel chain close to Nagano prefecture. Great for an overnight stay, especially for a road trip. Has all the amenities and free parking.

The staff was very polite and professional. I accidentally reserved a smoking room but they switched me to a non smoking without a problem. The onsen was amazing!
